Personal Baseline (30 hours)

Our pathway starts with Baseline, an 8-week program designed to build the personal and professional foundations people need to thrive in life and work. Participants develop practical, real-world skills like personal finances, time management, goal setting, effective communication, problem-solving, and routines that support stability and growth. Along the way, they’re introduced to tools and resources that strengthen confidence, accountability, and long-term success.

By the end of the program, graduates leave with a clear vision for their future and an actionable plan to move forward. They gain foundational skills to pursue employment goals, additional training, or entrepreneurship pathways—including Thrive’s advanced programming, for which Baseline is a prerequisite.

Startup Incubator (130 Hours)

Startup Incubator is a hands-on program designed to help entrepreneurs turn ideas into sustainable, profitable businesses or strengthen existing businesses. Participants build the technical know-how to launch and grow,covering business planning, marketing, finance, operations, and day-to-day systems, while gaining access to community resources like mentorship networks and partner support organizations. Thrive is one of the few programs that embeds social impact infrastructure into core operations, so founders can pursue social enterprise alignment/certification if it fits their mission, and communicate impact in funder-ready terms.

The program begins with validating your business idea and developing a minimum viable product (MVP) so you can test the market early and learn fast. From there, we dive into the fundamentals, the “meat and potatoes” of entrepreneurship, so you leave with an actionable business plan, projected financials, and next steps to get your business up and running. Every class includes practical AI tools and prompt frameworks so participants don’t just learn concepts—they leave with drafts, systems, and decisions completed in real time. This program is ideal for anyone with a strong business idea or an early-stage startup who needs a solid foundation to grow with confidence.

Scale Accelerator (110 Hours)

Scale Accelerator is a high-touch, execution-first program built for established business owners who are ready to scale without adding more chaos—and who want the company to grow without them being the daily bottleneck. Scale Accelerator isn’t just coaching—it’s a community advantage. You gain a peer bench, alumni network, and ongoing Thrive support that continues well beyond the final session.

This isn’t “more ideas.” It’s strategy in action. Over the course of the program, we install the operating systems, leadership structure, and growth plan that turns a founder-led business into a scalable organization. Each month focuses on one essential scaling lever—complete with deep dives, expert guest instructors, assessments, and practical systems you’ll implement immediately. Unlike stand-alone accelerators, Scale is part of Thrive’s end-to-end pathway—so founders aren’t just learning tactics; they’re entering an ecosystem designed to support them through launch, stabilization, and scale.

You’ll start by clarifying your 3-Year Picture and 1-Year Target, then build the weekly scorecards, meeting rhythms, and accountability structure that keeps the business moving forward without constant founder involvement. From there, you’ll strengthen your infrastructure, refine durable growth strategies, build your leadership bench, improve cash predictability and funding readiness, and install the customer and sales systems that create consistent revenue. Every class includes practical AI tools and prompt frameworks so participants don’t just learn concepts—you leave with drafts, systems, and decisions completed in real time. The program culminates in a Capstone Growth Plan + Owner Exit Plan, presented to a panel—so you leave with a clear roadmap, metrics, org design, and funding plan that’s board/lender-ready.

This program is ideal for “successful but strained” owners—businesses that have demand and traction, but are hitting capacity limits, dealing with operational bottlenecks, and feeling trapped in day-to-day problem solving.

  • Format: 1 year • 1 in person class and one online one hour coaching session per month • 8 hours per class
